Chheav Aphyra was educated in Phnom Penh with Bachelor Degree of the English language in 2008. Serving as a driver for a private sector from 1994 until mid 1999, he decided to change his career as a driver and luckily he has got a new job as an assistant to Technical Support and Best Practice Department of KHANA since late 2012 he was promoted as Policy Officer until the present.
