Testing machine brings relief to people living with HIV and Aids

After waiting since 1997 for a CD4 blood count machine, people living with HIV and Aids in Adjumani, Uganda have finally received one. The machine was handed over to Adjumani Hospital on Friday, reliving people living with HIV and Aids of the long journey they were forced to take to have their CD4 count assessed in Arua and Gulu hospital go
